Coach 1st delivers employability coaching for delivery partners, prime contractors, and funded programmes across the UK. The work is one to one, outcome focused, and built on a seven year track record of delivering above the national average for comparable provision.

Four hours of one to one career coaching per participant, delivered over six months, by an ICF accredited coach. Every participant receives the same standard of support, with content personalised to their situation. Group workshops can be added where the cohort design calls for them.

The programme covers CV development, application strategy, interview preparation, employer engagement, and the underlying confidence work that converts coaching into outcomes.

£300 per participant. Flat fee.

Equitable delivery. Every participant receives the same coaching standard, with no quiet downgrades when cohorts grow.

Direct delivery. No subcontractor chain, no associate network. The coaching is delivered by an ICF accredited practitioner with senior recruitment experience.

Reporting that works. Session and outcome logs designed to integrate with delivery partner reporting requirements.

Seven year track record. Employability delivery dating back to the Kickstart programme, including work with Generation UK and the London Digital Skills Hub.
