6 Month Career & Job Search Programme

This 6-month programme is designed to support people at any stage of their career, whether you’re facing redundancy or unemployment, feeling stuck or uncertain, or looking to progress with greater clarity and confidence.

You’ll receive practical, personalised support from an experienced, ICF qualified, career coach and recruitment specialist to help you regain momentum, make informed decisions, and move forward with purpose.

The programme includes:

• 5 hours of one-to-one coaching, tailored to your situation, with immediate support where needed.  
• A full review of your CV and/or professional profile, alongside an assessment of your career to date.  
• Dedicated time to explore your career goals, strengths, development needs, and any barriers to progress or re-entry into work.  
• Creation or enhancement of a clear, achievement-focused CV or professional profile that stands out.  
• A personalised career and job-search strategy, which may include: 
  • Urgent job-search support.  
  • Redundancy transition guidance.  
  • Accessing the hidden job market.  
  • Internal progression planning.  
  • Positioning for future opportunities.  
• Support to build a confident, authentic personal brand and strengthen employability.  
• Coaching to improve interview performance, internal visibility, and career progression. 
• Access to regular workshops. 
• 6 months’ access to the Coach 1st online portal. 
• 7-day-a-week email support from your coach. 

Programme Fee
The full 6-month programme is £250, payable prior to commencement.
