A package includes 6 sessions of 45 minutes each, and a 20 minute initial introductory discussion to determine coach-client fit.
In addition to the actual coaching sessions, the client is expected to work towards pre-agreed goals and assignments between the coaching sessions.
The coach is available for brief in-the-moment support between sessions when needs arise (usually via email and limited to brief questions).
You will start to define the overarching goals of the program in the introductory and early sessions.
Each session will define specific goals, check in with regard to general progress and subsequent challenges experienced.
The coaching sessions are normally scheduled every four weeks, allowing the client to implement goals and complete assignments between meetings. It is important to try to stay on this schedule to maintain momentum and maximise the benefits of the coaching.
“Stuart has mentored me for the past two years throughout a major project and I can’t speak highly enough of how he has helped me over this time. His style is professional, relaxed, informal and challenging to ensure as a mentee, you take the right steps in maximising your personal development and achieving business goals. Additionally, challenges simply become opportunities where he encourages you to try some different approaches in ensuring you get the right results.
Stuart has that rare gift of asking the most insightful questions to encourage you to dig deep in exploring previous experiences and personal values to create your own solutions. While never afraid to play Devil’s Advocate, the real benefit of working with him is that he fires you up to be incredibly committed to the actions agreed at our meetings. I am convinced there will be long lasting benefits too, as Stuart has equipped me with the skills to be more self aware and more courageous in any situation.”
